For industrial buildings, production halls and other types of buildings where luminaires are mounted at high altitudes (>10m), the challenge is to get the light efficiently on the floor and not to lose it in space. Yourlight delivers luminaires with high-quality LED-lens technology so that the light is projected onto the floor. As a result, the light is focused on the surface and is not widely scattered across the hall, as is often the case with reflection technology used in conventional gas discharge luminaires.
Our luminaires are available in a wide range of lenses with different beam angles, in different strengths (wattages). This way we can create the optimal lighting situation for you: a uniform and high light level at the lowest possible energy consumption. For very high halls (>20m height) we do this for example with very narrow lenses, such as the 15˚ or 30˚ beam angles.
Also a combinations of lenses can be applied in case of the production of big objects in a hall. The aim is that there are uniform lights levels at both ground level, as well as on higher heights in the hall. Then a combination of narrow and wide-angle lenses can offer a solution.
If you have a factroy hall where much welding takes place for example, the light and therefore the visibility is often impeded by welding fumes. We offer luminaires that have been designed specifically for this kind of demanding conditions and that provide optimal lighting. An additional advantage is that the luminaires are designed in such a way that dust and other contaminants can not penetrate the luminaire and thus do not affect the technical lighting integrity of the luminaires.
All our luminaires for high industrial buildings are at least IP65 and therefore spraywater and dust proof.
