Tata Steel Zwijndrecht replaces the old luminaires for outdoor lighting, which is mainly mounted on the eaves of the production halls, by modern Mamba LED luminaires from Yourlight. The decades-old, energy-guzzling 400W SON-T luminaires (high-pressure sodium) have been replaced by 57W Mamba LEDs that provide an optimal light image.

The modern outdoor lighting of Tata Steel consumes 88% less energy after replacement! The technical department is also happy since the Mamba LED is completely maintenance free. The new luminaires, therefore, save energy and are technically an improvement. The Mamba LED fixture is standard equipped with a mast attachment and is infinitely adjustable in every angle. In addition, the very robust luminaire IP66 is qualified and extremely suitable for demanding environments, such as maritime applications.

He is also often used in parking area’s. Customers such as Indorama in the Rotterdam harbor and Brush HMA (the old Holec) in Ridderkerk are very satisfied with the Mamba as energy-efficient parking area lighting.
